Our in-field maintainers will come to you to provide on the spot service reducing down-time. We even offer a 24-hour emergency call-out service to minimize wagon and locomotive disruption to your fleet.
Bogies
Our dedicated bogie workshop has recently been enhanced with new jigging, welding bays, and a CNC Goratu GBR3 milling machine.
If you would like to know more about our unique bogie test rig, the only one of its kind in Australia. Or you would like to reduce noise and wear reduction? We can perform in service simulation bogie testing to quantify improvements in torsional stiffness and rotational resistance through enhanced maintenance strategies.

We apply broad experience across wagon and locomotive maintenance in compliance with OEM and AAR specifications. We specialize in scheduled maintenance, conversions, inspections, reports and repairs, and reclassifications. That’s why our client base includes Pacific National, Aurizon, Sydney Trains, Manildra Group, Progress Rail and UGL.

Wheel Sets
Whether you require work for standard or narrow-gauge wheel sets we can help. Our skilled team is also used to working on a variety of railway brands and bearing classes in our inhouse bearing inspection room.
Our Tomago facility houses a Rafamet UBF112N lathe and more recently a Chinese manufactured CK8011E/1 increasing our output and ability to turnaround work in reduced timeframes.
